writes: As a child I was bullied terribly throughout school and I feel that nobody done anything to help me. Teachers didnt take me seriously so I gave up asking for help. My friends were too scared incase the bullys turned on them and I didnt want to worry my mum because things at home were bad. After I left school I startez ro rebuild my confidence, I got councilling and made some new friends. Im 24 now and happily married with a baby girl on the way, but I often think about how bad things were and if you had asked me at the time I used to think I would never be happy. I feel a huge need to help other children who might be going through what I did. But I dont no how to. I would like to be able to go into schools and speak to children about bullying and work with anti bullying projects. Going to uni isnt an option for me, but does anybody no of any projects and organisations that are uk based that I can get training with and volunteer for?

Mr. Cohen is a retired British rugby player whose father, a nightclub manager, suffered fatal head injuries when he came to the defense of a patron who was being attacked. Friends of mine met Mr. Cohen this summer during a visit to the United States and were quite impressed with him and his message. http://www.standupfoundation.com/From the website: Mission: To raise awareness of the long-term, damaging effects of bullying and to raise funds to support those doing real-world work to stop it.Vision: To build a highly collaborative organization funded by social business models that help connect communities and create a world of understanding and kindness.
