This ones for the guys.so I'm a young good looking female that tends to get the attension of men and lads from around 18,and believe me I'm not complaining, but it never goes anywhere(relationship wise).I'm only 16 and I really like this guy,I want him.I'm not afraid to make a move as I know that he at least likes me as a friend and cares for me,but what should I do,how should I go about it.How do you guys like a girl to tell you that their interested in you?,what seems desperate?.

A male reader, anonymous, writes (17 April 2010):

Flirt, smile (in a flirty, girly way) a lot, laugh at his jokes, make sure you chat to him every time you see him, touch his arm, hand or shoulder every now and then. And if he still doesn't get the message, just say something like "You're cute". It's not too forward and yet it's clearly expressing interest. After that, the ball's in his court.
