 Its sounds more as if you are embarressed with the smell and would like to care on doing it.
If you enjoy masturbating why stop?! Its a natural thing to do in pleasuring ones self. There is no need to feel embarressed by the smell. Its just your natural sexual juices.

There is a lot of negative press to masturbating espcially in certain religious circles. But it is a very natural thing to do, just because you enjoy it does not mean that it's evil or bad in anyway.
Just make sure you lock the door, and clean up afterwards.

Body sweat, the sexual juices of your partner mixed with yours, his/her saliva mingling with yours, the taste and smell of her perfume or his cologne... If you hate that sexual smell, you're going to have major problems with sex.
2) If you seriously want to stop which in my opinion sounds stupid for such a minuscule reason, just think of something nasty next time you get horny. Think about your mom and your dad. That should turn off most people. If the 'problem' persists, go do another form of physical exercise that does not revolve around sitting on a bench or be around guys/girls that you find attractive.
