 Well firstly I wouldn't advise a full make out section inside the cinema far too ametuerish!! Inside the movie put your arm around and stroke her arm and play with her hair but being subtle at the same time. Then every so often come in close to her whisper something in her ear with hand placed on her leg and pull away again. After all this plus hopefully enjoying a good movie the mood should be good, so just as yee come out onto the street outside the cinema pull her close to you and give her a nice soft tender kiss (in the rain is prefferable) but remember theres no need to rush things too just be comfortable.
