 Hello, as an asian guy I wanted to respond to your question with a solid answer.
First up, do caucasian girls rather not go out with non-caucasian guys? (I know I remixed the question a bit to suit me!). The answer is more than likely yes.
In the (awesome) book Freakonomics (by S Levitt & S Dubner) there is a part in chapter 2 (starting from page 73 in the revised edition) that analyses behaviour on an internet dating site in the USA.
They took 20,000 male and female personal ads and worked out who attracts who. Its really cool but the most interesting part was when you fill in your profile it asks what race of people would you be interested in ("Same as mine" or "Doesn't matter" were the options).
50% of caucasian women and 80% of caucasian men said it didn't matter. BUT they were able to measure the messages sent between those dating site members.
So out of all those above who said race didn't matter - 90% of caucasian men contacted ONLY caucasian females and 97% of caucasian females ONLY contacted caucasian men! Either the were hypocrites or they just didnt' find anyone non-caucasian interesting enough to respond to - so which do you think?
Phew - I'm sure that's controversial!
Now a second point. Psychologists say humans are attracted to similar human beings... people who look and act like you will be more attractive to you... so there's more fuel for the fire.
Well I'm glad you asked the question. It just means you gotta try harder. For the record I've had 3 caucasian girlfriends. You just need to work at it - being an odd one out can be your advantage.

I am a caucasian female...and I have had several bfs that were of Chinese ethnic background. You are only 17 years old....don't give up the ship....and don't come on too strong to the girls you meet....because you might be giving them the impression that you are desparate! Just first be a friend and treat each girl that you meet with the utmost respect. Good luck to you!!!
