I want to get my body in shape. I am a normal weight but I am not toned. I want to stay curvy (like a Jlo and Beyonce kind of figure) and I don't wanna be too skinny. I just wanna know; does toning your body means you lose weight?

dearkelja agony auntIf you are wanting to add muscle and tone up don't be surprised if you gain weight. You will look much better and your clothes will fit so nice. I am toning using a Denise Austin tape for legs, butt, abs and arms. It does call for weights and the large plastic ball. Good tape and works well. Good luck.

wow so glad to hear someone who doesnt want to be a bloody size zero.

eat reguraly eg 3 times a day with snacks in between. just be healthy about it. but dont punish yourself either, if you feel like having a chocolate bar have one! lol

Tone up by doing light weights. Stomach exercises and lunges. If you want more information seriously google 'how to tone up' or something and you'll find something.

Best of Luck!
