Ideally, I would want to go out with my friends, but it's a little difficult considering we are all under the age of 21 and there is basically nothing much to do in NYC if you're not 21 on this night. What I really wish, though, is that I could spend NYE with my boyfriend. I couldn't even spend Christmas with him cause of some circumstances (he spent it alone :(). Since he's of age, I'm gonna say that he's out with his buddies drinking tonight. I do want him to spend time with his friends and family because he doesn't see them that often since he works in another city. And I will be seeing him in a few days, but...I can't help but to want him for myself...share a kiss maybe on this day. Ughhh I don't know what to do! Any suggestions for if I should call him to wish him a happy new years later? I don't want to interrupt his fun, and when I say that, I mean that I would rather him call/text me first...lolHe's just the insensitive type, and I could totally see him forgetting about me. I'd really be sad about that. Any advice? Thanks and Happy New Year!!

My advice is for you to develop the self esteem to choose a boyfriend that would gladly give up drinking with his friends in order to spend NYE with you.
What is the point of having this bf if he is treating you like a FWB?
