Before i felt as if i could talk to anybody and not feel uncomfortable, but know i feel when i talk to people there not interested in what im saying or that I have nothing good to say anymore. Also i feel as if people are more interested in my other friends than me and feel that they are all better than me in everything. I really want to get back to being happy and not caring about stupid things like the old me, but i've tried to be positive and be like the old me but i can't seem to get it back. I know this isn't exaclty the biggest problem in the world and alot of people are worse of by far but right know i just don't know what to do to be happy again. please help

Ah honey we all feel like this at times,
Your still the old you no matter what you're feeling right now...
Has anthing happened lately to make you feel low?
Don't worry if nothing has its normal, have you got a close friend whom you can tell how your feeling, or a family member?
Give yourself a bit of time, carry on going out with your friends and stop comparing yourself to them you are you and they love you for who you are, they are not better than you, we all have different qualities in life thats what makes us unique.....
Life can be so short honey, keep busy, go out and enjoy life YOU CAN DO IT GOOOOOOOO GIRL
Take care and I am here to talk to if you need me xx
Love Donna
