 That is very useful information. I would attempt to get a seat close to her and start with small talk about class assignments. Eventually you can ask her questions, and ask if she could give you some help with a homework assignment. It feels really good to ask to be helped with something difficult, because it means you think she is intelligent. From there, you can start talking about things outside of class, and hopefully set up a hang session that doesn't involve school work. I know this sounds really convoluted, but I believe it is the best way; also, as she gets to know you, she may even do some of the heavy lifting and ask you out first!

There needs to be a lot more information to determine the correct (and least creepy) route to procuring this number. Did you meet her at the bar? Are you in class together? Do you work together? Is she a customer where you work? Is she at the local strip club?? There will literally be a completely different way to do it appropriately in any of these situations. If you have only talked to her once, definitely don't tell her "she is amazing," since there is actually no way you could know that unless you HAD been stalking her. Update with more specifics and I think the advice will be much better.

Just strike up a conversation with a nice sincere smile and a "hi" simple is the best way to go talk to her about neutrel topics and when one of you both have too leave just be like "hey ummm i was wondering if i could have your number?" Sweet and simple always works. Just let her talk alot you do more of the listening. Dont be afraid to talk to her but dont be to bold either. :D GOOD LUCK!!!
