So i started to work out and gain weight well i am 210 punds now and my body is in a pretty good shape ,but my penis seem to shrunk like an inch. I want to know if it was because of this masive gain or some other thing.I know that 8 inch is enough but i would still want that one inch back. Is there a way to do that ?

Apart from the fact that 8 inches is STILL way bigger than normal, the difference is going to be on account of more flesh/muscle around your pelvic bones. Inches don't disappear like that.

When your grass is longer, your mailbox looks shorter. Extra fat at your hips will hide the base of your penis. That inch is still there, just covered up by flesh.

Ummm, the average vagina is only 3 inches in length anyway, so guess what? Your loss of an inch doesn't matter because there is such thing as too much of a good thing. It's the smaller guy who gets the deep throat.

You know, 9 inch penises are pretty rare in the real world, as are 8 inch penises, although in your world they may not be.
However, not being an expert in erect penises, I'll let the women weigh in on that....after all scientific studies can only be so accurate.

Weight does affect penis size. It's pretty much "rooted" to the same part of your internal anatomy no matter how much you weigh. So, add enough weight in the form of muscle and fat to the outside of your body, and some of that is going to be in your crotch, encroaching on your penis, reducing it's apparent/usable length (not it's real length, though).
Most (not all) of the inch will come back if you lose 50 pounds, but really, you're better off in your current state.

So what your saying is you gained weight and your dick got smaller....hmmm. Did you ever think it may have gotten wider??? Or maybe the area around your penis below ur belly button has gotten fatter thus making it seem as though you lost an inch? I can tell you this much...most men dicks stay the same length after its fully developed but may get wider/thicker and/or thinner from weight gain or loss.

You may have to go and find a burger bar and start piling the pounds on. If one of your g/friends are complaining at 8'', i think it's time she left as well.
