I've been tested for STD's twice recently, same white discharge (my cum/lubrication)...and the only thing "wrong", is a recurring yeast infection. Hopefully, it's this simple for you, as well.And, I'm not sure what the issue with sex more than four times weekly is? My fiancee and I love to do it just about every day.  Firstly, four times a week is a lot! You obviously have a very high sex drive. I can think of two possible explanations for this: either you have a higher sex drive because you're 23 and have had less sexual experience than him as he is 31, so maybe for you it's just a case of getting it out of your system before your sex drive calms down. Either that or possibly the sex isn't satisfying you and leaving you even hornier than before! In which case, try different positions etc until you find one that makes you come.
Secondly, the white discharge could be one of three things:
1. It could just be his own cum still on his penis.
2. It could be your natural lubrication that is quite thick.
3. It may be related to your skin condition?
