 Heya! I'm afraid I do not have enough experience in your kind of situation so I apologise if my advice is patronising. Have you been listening to how she feels of late? Have you both had a talk about your relationship and any problems either of you might have? I don't know many people in marriages but one of the key things I have learnt is communication all the time and that includes opening your feelings to each other. She might want to talk to you about something. That sounds most likely to me. Talk to her about it. Let her know that you are there for her and if there's anything wrong, you can both talk about it and you'll help each other through it. Also, remember, if things do start getting worse you can get marriage counseling. I've heard that helps a few people.
