ok you being married doesn't help
friend of the family, their daught is married to a turk.
the uk government will not grant him a visa even for a visit letalone immigrating.
long story short.
move to turkey. probably not what you want to hear but i've been through immigration for various countries. and believe me. its more trouble than its worth.
plus given your current situation.... yeah honestly. if you wann be togehter you're better off moving out there.

When you say "get him here" do you mean physically get him over to say with you? If so he has to go to the airport and get on a plane.
If you mean, get him a permanent life long British Citizenship, then I suggest he goes to the British Consul in Turkey and asks there.
Turkey is not part of the EU so it is going to be more difficult for him to get a work visa. Would you consider moving to Turkey for a couple of years instead? I'm sure their entry requirements are less than here. Either that or find out what the maximum time he can stay here as a temporary traveller is. That way I am sure he'll be able to get temp jobs and stay for up to a year while you sort yourself out a real visa.
You could also try going to the citizens advice beaureau as they may be able to explain the legal stuff.
I'm sure everyone else is going to give you the "he's using you for a passport" lecture so I won't.
Good Luck!! xx
