 When you say "stay for night" do you mean sleep in your bed with you or do you mean sex?
If you want her to just stay the night you need to make sure she knows that this is all you mean.
If it is sex you want you need to respect her reasons for not being ready, talk through them with her and give her as much time as she may need.

This will take time because she has had a negative experience the last time she spent the night. The question is what you want? Do yo want this stayover to be platohic or do you want sex? Either way, you need to be honest with her. It is up to her weather she can trust you enought to go home with you.
