Now she is genuinely trying to get back the same by sharing everything but its becoming very hard for me to trust her again. My instinct says she is telling all truth now but because of fear of getting hurt once again I am unable to trust her completely. I love her and want to continue the relationship but cannot if there is no trust. What should I do?

If you can sit down together and discuss these you may have a chance at making it work and having trust. If you don't discuss it openly and honestly it will eat away at you both.
