writes:I have been with my boyfriend for over a year now and we have always been really close, but recently a member of his family has become seriously ill and he has completely closed himself off from me. He wont talk to me about it because he says it makes him feel weak. We hardly see each other any more and he doesnt ever answer his phone to anyone! i dont know what to do i want my boyfriend back, the one i fell in love with, please help.

reader, anonymous, writes (16 June 2008): give him time he is going through a very hard time right now and probly just wants time on his own. maybe call him in a few days and leave him a message to let him know you are there for him if he needs to talk. im sure he still loves you and will come back when is ready to talk and come back to you. just give it time. good luck !!!
