I remember after my hubby and I had our first proper date, he said to me at the end, see you around.
I remember telling me ma, what the devil does that mean see me around.. And I just left it.. He didn't phone me.. He just popped over the next again weekend and asked me back out, lol.. 5 days lol so be cool sweetie, get on with your life in the meanwhile, what will be will be.. Old saying but very true..
Take care..

He didn't call the next day... some men don't.
you called.
the ball is now in his court. he may call. he may not.
it's a busy time of year and some men will wait a few days after a first date to call so as to not appear overly anxious or interested.
I agree that if he does not contact you strike him from your list and go on to the next one.

Don't call, don't text.
Either he is trying to not look TOO keen or he just isn't interested.
I would give him a few days to call you back. If he doesn't forget his phone number, because if he really was interested, he would call and want to see you again. Not play dumb games with you.

This was only yesterday? Just leave it for now! You already called him once and he didn't return it. It may not be for a few days.
If he still doesn't call, then chalk it up to not quite a match. Shake it off, and move on. Sometimes it happens. Not your fault!
