You don't have a problem. Part of the joy of sex is in the learning and doing. After awhile you'll look back on this and smile.

Having said that, normally a woman should guide you in if you're heading the wrong way...so I'm surprised at her reaction. Not very nice of her, but then as you haven't been sleeping together for very long, these things can take a little time to work themselves out. Put yourself in from behind the next time, you can see what you're doing and there won't be any problems if she is on all fours (hope my mum never reads this!!) XX

Next time you try this, could I suggest that you take a look, just to be sure? Start off with her on her back and you kneeling. You should get a pretty good view of what's going on from there.

Unless you're hung like a 2 year old and/or she's as big as a mayonaise jar, it sound's like you 2 need to be communicating a little more. Is it in yet? That's funny stuff.

I wouldn't worry about any problem. Don't place blame. If you argue about being in or not, you can just imagine when real problems come along how intense the arguing will be.
I had a friend that his first time he actually did the running and jump, like a superman leap, on top of her and yelled, "is it in yet." I wouldn't loose any sleep over it.
