Damn. I actually don't know because I am in a similar situation/only that I am a girl.
And the guy I like gave me some signals
(E.g put his arms around me) and I don't know how to interpret that.

 I think u should ask around to see if she's interested for instance ask one of her mates to ask her if she's interested but tell them not to tell her tht u asked. Hope it helps me being a 13 year old girl i am naturally flirtatious.

i think that if she likes you she would flirt although she could be flirting with you without meaning to do it as some girls it just comes natural to them and dont often realise but she could just be being friendly.
you should try hinting a few things and see what she says and then decide what to do.x

 Girls can be generally flirty with out doing it on purpose, so talk to her don't scare her off i doubt you'll be looking for a serious relationship at your age, but carry on with the conversation and see how it goes from there .
