 Hmm, then maybe he didn't fight her off as much as he claims. That was pretty ballsy of her to ask you to give him that message.
You don't want to be overly jealous or controlling, but if he's giving you reason not to trust him, then that's usually a sign that something is up. I say trust your gut.
A relationship without trust cannot last. Something to think about.
