It's absolutely normal to think about other girls so no you shouldn't leave your girlfriend just because you think about other girls. As long as they are just thoughts that stay in your head and you don't act on them you'll be just fine.

 When you're in a relationship, it's only natural to think about another girl - as in, be attracted to her! However, when you say you're thinking about them in terms of how a relationship would be with them - I then think you are being slightly unfair on her. Although, there must be something about your girlfriend that makes your mind wander elsewhere?
If you're not happy in the relationship you're in then you need to talk about it with your girlfriend.
