My mum and da got divorced not too long ago and my mums partner has a son. The first time I met him he acted weird around me and it made me feel uncomfortable. I even overheard my mum and her boyfriend talking about the possibility of him liking me. I only heard "Do you think he has a crush on our Li" (I'm Li by the way). My mum and I have a difficult relationship for a start and so I never went and saw her, instead opting to live with my da. Recently I we have been getting on better and so I have been up a lot more. He is there on the weekend or everyother weekend and when he is there as well as myself he stares at me or is always asking if I'm stopping over or talks strange to me. Like he tries to flirt.I don't want to tell anyone or talk to him. I don't know what to do.

It seems to me that you are getting mixed signals from your step-brother to be. But you have to be careful with what you see, cause what you see isn't always what you get. Besides you can't assume right away.
In my recommendation I say talk to him straight and ask him why he's always acting strange around you or you're making me feel uncomfortable to the point where you think he might have a crush on you. Or better yet ask your mom about it since you did hear your step-dad and mom mentioning something about your step-brother liking you.
