Me and my partner have only been together a year and one month we have a 4 month old daughter together and I really feel like I don't matter any more. I love my boyfriend so much but although he says he loves me some times i think he is only with me because if he leaves me our daughter will not be with him all the time and he has to wait to see her (i would never stop him seeing her). How can i make this relationship work? i really want it to work.

Why don't you take out a piece of paper and a pencil and write down WHY you think he doesn't love you any more. Then think of ways to counter those things. You also have to take into consideration, his age, his experiences or lack thereof, his desires, his influences, and how you relate to them, etc.
