writes:my bf and i have been dating for a year and a few months we broke up for a month and got back together.the reason we broke up was because he constantly blames me for every fight we have and he cheated(more than once) on me and made it seem like its my fault.i don't know why i keep going back to him even my friends think im crazy because i do everything for him i buy him things and give him money but its hardly ever when he says thanks or says sorry.i found out he has been talking with his ex gf.last weekend he was saying romantic things to his ex gf i was hurt but he said he will never do it again because he loves me,but im scared they might sleep together behind my back.im best friends with his best friend and the friend and i hav feelings for each other.i think he wanted me back to show his friend he can't have me.should i go or give it a try?

reader, anonymous, writes (9 April 2009): DEFF never get back with your ex... you'll only keep getting hurt, and you say hes cheated more than once (it's NOT your fault unless you held a gun to his head) he also emotionally cheated on you by saying romantic things to his EXthink carefully about going out with your best friend...coz if it goes wrong you could end up losing a friend too. maybe you and your friend should sit down and talk it through. you are probs best to give it some time between splitting with your ex and going out with a mutual firned as it could become messy!
