there is nothing connected to masturbating and weight issues. i think you need to maybe talk to your doctor about your diet and get them to sort you out a healthy balanced diet, which will help you put on weight.
eat more carbs, make your portions bigger.
you said you only touch yourself twice a week....that is nothing compared to some guys. some guys do it twice a day and they are very healthy. i personally think they need to get out more though.lol.

Take an interest in something other than woman. It's not healthy to think only of sex and have it as your sole purpose in life.
Maybe learn a musical instrument or a foreign language, it's up to you what takes your interest.
If you think it's affecting your health then it probably is.

I don't think masterbate twice in a week is bad for health.
But if u under weight then it will harmful. as i see ur weight is 45 but ur age 22 which is not perfect.
so try to make urself well fit. U can do masterbate but increase ur food status. that will help ur body to make stable.
So take healty food, good sleep and do MASTI!!!

I know many men and young people that have done it at least once a day for a year. I've read an article once in mens health that said regular masterbation can reduce the chances of prostate cancer.
