But ive done some research and it said that women spot around the time their sapose to get their period. Well today, it seems like i started my period. But im still not quite sure, cause im only spotting. Sometimes i do spot befor i come on. And other times i dont. Should i wait and see if i continue to spot? Or take another pregancy test?

Stress and change in diet and exerize do delay your period. All you can really do is keep waiting. One of the first thing I remember feeling differently about my body was my breasts were sore. I didn't think anything of it though but happened to have a gyno appont that day to get birth control (oh the irony) and that's when i found out. Just keep waiting and watching for signs. Try not to stress. And if you're not trying to get pregnant, i'd start using better methods! Goodluck

Now your problem is easily solved you could be not far enough along for it to show up on a home test. You will need to go and get a blood test then you will know for sure. Your period could be irregular now due to you having a miscarriage and also the stress of you thinking you are pregnant. I would suggest you make a appointment and finding out for sure that is the only way you will know for sure but try not to stress out to bad it's not good for your health.
