writes: I think i am falling for my teacher! We have some really deep convosations! and he makes me feel really good! I know this sounds silly like i am a 12 year old but i am 18 and at college and its legal he doesnt actually teach me! he teaches at my college and we met whilst having a cig! These days we meet up in college and have a coffee! Is this wrong?

reader, anonymous, writes (25 January 2008): It isn't wrong, but lots of people get keen on their teachers. He could just take an interest in young people and the ideas that they havePart of a teacher's job is to praise the person when they say or do something good, and build their confidence, so although he doesn't teach you, he probably does that automatically.If you enjoy meeting for coffee keep doing that but don't build up your hopes too much.
