It's got to the point now where I masturbate whenever I'm alone and have an erection. I know it' normal to pleasure yourself but I would like to somehow stop it as much as I do. Any advice besides will power?

Also I want to have kids when I'm older and I dont want masturbating to cause them to have birth deffects or worst of all not be able to have kids at all! DO I masturbate too much? AND Is it bad in the "long run"?

What is your problem? It's your body. You are hurting no-one, cheating on no-one. You are capable of relationships. You are normal, perhaps with a higher sex drive than some others. Don't worry about it. In fact, if you are not in a relationship at this moment, you are doing yourself a favour. Scientific studies show that young men with a regular "expenditure" of sperm either by sex or masturbation have a lower incidence of prostate cancer later in life. You can google that and check me on it. There is nothing wrong with what you are doing and no negative health consequences with it.
To use a rotten pun, sorry, please yourself!

It sounds pretty normal to me and I think you should enjoy it. Cause when your 50 and can't get it up you be wishing for an erection.
