A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hi, this is more of an update than question. I posted about always bumping into a man that works in my area, even when I was staying at mom's over Christmas.

Thank you to the people who gave me advise.

I am back home now and had the week off work. So been able to be more flexible with my time. I have parked my car round the back entrance to my apartment and leaving via my back door and varying what time I go everyday. I haven't seen him once even while on foot. I told mom and she told me to text her when i leave the house and when l return and text when i have seen him, so we would have a record.

Actually feel so relieved that I haven't seen him.

I think he had worked out my schedule and made ways to run into me everyday as someone suggested.

I'm I going the right way about it, I hope the reaction from him is out of sight and out of mind. So I don't have to "hide" myself when going out and about.

Thank you for advise on here.

Ciar agony auntI remember your original post and as much as I hate to disturb whatever peace you're enjoying, I would not lower my guard just yet.

Altering your behaviour is a good idea, but I am very concerned about you using back entrances. There is a chance you could encounter him again and the LAST place you want that to be is somewhere less populated. Out in the open in front of witnesses is your safest bet.

He may indeed be gone, but it is too soon to relax. Please remain vigilant a while longer.
