 Obviously you're having huge crush on him. Why do you think you don't have any chances to be with him? Maybe you were not obvious enough and he didn't know what exactly do you want from him. Or maybe he has a girl. I suggest ask him out but don't make it would look like a date. Ask him if he would like to go with you on coffee after work and you'll see if you have a chances. Or try to be more friendly with him. Maybe you don't fancy him at a first place, but if he would have a chance to know you better well.. you never know! Be sweet, kind, dress something nice and then tell us what will happen. :) Good luck.
