You are not alone, I rather suspect there are more than a handful who aren't keen on it. Basically kissing is a personal thing and what you decide to do to express your feelings is up to you. However, kissing is also an art that has to be practiced to get it right and some people never seem to get the hang of it! I recall a boyfriend in my 20's who would just stand there trying to poke his tongue as far down my throat as he could...not good...Having kissed a 100 frogs and a couple of princes along the way I can say that the way you kiss someone (french or otherwise) tells you a lot about your relationship with them - if you really like them, and they really like you then things that seem gross at first glance seem to be rather appealing. Basically don't be pressurised into a tongue wrestle or anything else...just relax and you will find your perfect kissing partner sooner or later!

Who cares if you're one of the handful of people who think french-kissing is gross? You don't always have to french kiss. My sister is 27 years old and she hates french kissing. She also finds it disgusting. She has no problem with that, though, and neither does her boyfriend. It's not that big of a deal anyway. And all the people who matter don't mind, and all the people who mind don't matter. The best of luck to you!
