 If I were you, I would go and ask my Doctor and get a blood test. You could be spotting and still pregnant, or you might have had an early miscarriage. Good Luck Dear.

 I would make an appointment with your doctor. It could be that the test was wrong (although it is very uncommon for a test to detect the pregnancy hormone if it is not present, usually if a pregnancy test is wrong its because its missed the hormone if there wasnt enough of it present yet and the test shows a false negative)
It could be that the test was wrong or it could be that you have had a miscarriage. It could even be that you are pregnant but are experiencing "spotting" which is very common in pregnant women. Either way see your doctor asap and get checked out.
