i have been with my bf for about 5 months now and we have already declared our love for eachother which is all good. sometimes i feel like i love him more than he loves me (however i know full well that sometimes my expectations are too high). i tend to get really jealous at times although i know i have no reason to be. I dont want to be jealous anymore, what can i do to help myself? my bf thinks everything is fine bcuz i never tell him how i feel.

BEEN THERE DONE IT agony auntHi there hun,

A little jealousy isn't too bad but if its to the extreme it will end a relationship....you have to trust your partner no matter where he is or what he is doing or it will drive you insane...

Have you been in a relationship that a male has cheated???

If so this doesn't mean it will happen again sweet...

You say you love him and he loves you then enjoy it don't allow jealousy to spoil what you have got babes take a deep breath count to ten and say in your mind ten times I lve and trust him and he loves me...then let it go it works I promise I was a jealous person years ago and I learnt that all I was doing was driving myself mad now I don't even think about it its great and I have been with my partner since I was 13 yers old I am 40 now with two great daughters 20 and 21 years old.....

Good luck darling look at him he loves you xxx

A reader, anonymous, writes (10 July 2007):

Hey, you NEED to tell your boyfriend how you feel this is the only way you can sort it out, i'm sure he will be understanding and if he doesn't love you then why would he be with you? try to talk to him and ask him how he really feels, being jealous shows that you really do love him, there is nothing wrong in this, i used to be in the same situation and i spoke to my boyfriend and it really did help.

GOOD LUCK
