i am a doctor but not one that does the procedure that you might find beneficial.
i have however had patients that found a relatively small operation beneficial (for upper body) and especially for palms.
do a little homework and be happy at least that there is a little technology around these days that makes a small incision and improved visualization possible

Awww
A prescription deoderant can be very harsh and leave your skin sore.
Have you tried:
Mitchum 48hr protection anti-persperant. Shower fresh, is in a green bottle. Try the roll on, not spray.
See how you find that.

Pop and see your doctor and discuss it with them as they may be able to treat it with tablets. Could you possibly take a spare shirt to school with you to change if necessary at least you wont feel as bad during the second part of the day. I personally have to change my deoderant every 6 months or so because they seem to stop working and I think some are more effective than others but ultimately try the docs first so you can see if you can get some help. Good luck x
