It says you are nearly 60 so perhaps he is having a medical problem rather than a sexual one.
Does it matter if he is bi-sexual?
Would that make a difference to how you feel about him?
Ask him why he doesn't come inside you. Perhaps he just doesn't like the feel of condoms and struggles a bit with them.
