Be careful...sometimes older men will try to sieze on the affections of a younger woman because they feel like they can take advantage of the situation. If you're just giving him butterfly eyes and smitten sighs he might think of you as an easy target to get his rocks off. Not all guys are like this and he might like you...just use caution.

But you are still skating on thin ice here. You have to consider... what will your friend think? Are you over the age of consent? Are you ready for a relationship? Is it just a crush?
