But the thing is, me and him have dated a few times, and when we aren't talking I always want to talk to him, and I feel like I moved on, but the moment we talk again, my brain goes. "Oh yeah, by the way, you like this dude" and I dont know, because I get nervous to be around him, and he shows signs of liking me, but then shows signs of not liking me.Please help...

If you still have feelings for him then the kindest thing you can do to yourself is stop talking to him, it only keeps upsetting you. I am sure he cares about you, but it is someone else he likes. You need to accept that and move on, the only way to move on is avoid all contact.
