 Not necessarily but I think you should find out what his intentions are.... has he changed his mind and wants a relationship with you or has he been stringing along this other girl to make you jealous in order that you might agree to be his friend with benefits. Obviously each situation has its own clear cut solution but first you need to know his intention.
