They both tried to give me one orally and through manual stimulation, but I feel like there's so much pressure on the situation that I get impatient and tell them to stop. I feel like the guy I'm with now is getting frustrated because he feels like he's not satisfying me. I really like sex, I just can't have an orgasm. Any tips?

It sounds as if you have developed a psychological aversion which prevents you from climaxing, in which case the only thing you can do is relax during sex and focus on your own enjoyment instead of your inability to orgasm!
You are not going to learn how to do this through reading a textbook or using a special technique; it will happen naturally when you are comfortable and aren't being pressured by your partner.
