Could be lots of things, are you do a cervical smear test? If so then I would suggest booking one just to make sure everything is okay. It probably is and it could have just been blood from your period or maybe your partner was a bit to rough. Get checked to be on the same side.

I had a smear test this year aged 24 and they found high grade precancerous cells (which would likely go on to cervical cancer if not treated). Luckily they were removed, but one of the biggest symptoms of cervical cancer is Bleeding after sex. Early cervical cancer is usually quite easy to treat, and yet left untreated is life threatening. I'm sure you will be fine but at least you can get peace of mind, plus if you go to a gyno they can check whether anything else could be causing it :-)

Go see your Gyno. It's not uncommon if you have cysts or if your period is a tad irregular but getting a check up, an STD panel is always smart to do, at LEAST yearly.

OP,
PLEASE SEE A GYNOB ASAP!!!!
That bleeding could be early signs of Cervical CANCER.
Get a transvaginal ultrasound study if possible.
My GF's mother started having unexplained bleeding, and now she is battling with stage 4 cancer. We lost almost 2 years before getting a proper diagnose, time that was valuable.
TAKE CARE PLEASE!!!
