writes:Hi, I would like to ask anyone reading this about advice,okay, so there is this guy I like however he is quite shy and hangs out with the 'popular' people, I speak to him and smile at him when I see him, but I dont know what else to do. I very much like him, but think he likes someone else ( actually, I know he likes someone else)we like the same music, but dont have the same lessons so I cant make a "what was the homework again?" excuse to speak to him...I've texted him a couple of times where we just chatted a bit but I saw no clues that he liked me. Some times I think he's looking at me, but I dont know...help?!

 There is only one true way to find out and that is the awkward task of asking him flat out, "Do you like me or what?" I ahve been through that so many times in my day, it doesn't matter how old I get, I still go through that. The easiest way to make yourself not spazz out and lose sleep over the big question of him liking you or not is just plainly asking him. One day while hanging out, bring it up casually like, "Blah, blah blah, so I hear you like [insert girl's name you think he likes here], is it true? If not who do you really like?...." And if he tells you its true, then move on to someone else. If he says he doesn't like her, then continue with, "...because, I kind of dig (like) you." See what happens. If he freaks out, thats all right, all gys freak out once and a while. If he freaks out so much that he never speaks to you again, then that means he's a douchebag and there are ALWAYS better guys out there to crush on...good luck, kiddo!
