writes:Well Ive known this guy for 3 years...weve been friends since weve dated common friends..and over the years there has been flirting..but nothing too serious...until about a month ago...I moved to the west coast..and later in the year he did too..he is now 3 hours away... So one day he texts me and we start talking again...and soon enough he starts telling me he can't stop thinking of me...and for weeks we were talking about everything from family and relationships...He was good friends with my ex..he said he wanted to tell him about us because he knew we were going to be together...and didnt want to keep secrets...I never really mentioned much about the future until he started too...and then i guess i liked the idea..He would make time to call me and keep in touch throughout the day...missing sleep...and then finally he said he wanted to come see me before he went on a 2 month trip...so he drove up after a 12 hr day at work...and stayed the night....Well...we slept together...it was amazing...and we were all lovey dovey and cuddling that night...but towards the mid morning the next day...he was pretty quiet...and things seemed awkward...i didnt know what to say so i havent really talked to him ...we kissed goodbye...and i also noticed the lovey dovey talking and gestures stopped before he left...the last thing he text me was that he got home okand now....i have no idea what to make or think of the situation...i just havent said anything to him...and i dont know if i should...dont know what to do..i do like him...

reader, anonymous, writes (19 February 2009): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionits ok i guess...i just thought going from friends to something more would be better with a person ive known longer...but i guess i dont know him that well...because he used to have a rep of being a player...and he has a daughter who is 9 months that came out of a one night stand type relationship...he only saw the girl twice..in between deployments...and the second time he got her pregnant...anyways...Thank you for all your advice and listening! at least I got to vent it all out, and have someone listen...THANKS again :)

reader, anonymous, writes (18 February 2009): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionWell...he didnt call or answer my texts before he left...then all of a sudden a week after he was supposed to be gone on his trip..he said it got cancelled and he was back...he asked about my valentines and I told him I just went out with a friend..and he got mad! Hes like your moving on already...but I told him he was just a friend and he kept going on about it...then i said i wont repeat myself and he can believe what he wants...he said he will call me the next day and that he was going to sleep...4 hours later I see him online...and the next day no call...and he ignored my text message...and now were back to having no communication...This is so sucky
