Thinking they were going to get the large amount of food my grandmother instructed them to get from the garage refrigerator, I decided to go and help. I walked in on them kissing quite passionately. I stared at them for like a minute in shock and then ran off. I haven't said anything. They're second cousins, and around 17. The boy is my first cousin, the girl is my second. I don't know what to do! Our family isn't very religous, but I could see them being against them being together. Should I tell them what I know? Or should I just keep quiet?

Even though you saw it, it's no one's business but theirs. They're old enough to know the situation, they do and they see nothing wrong. Even though this is something your family would be against, it's not for them to know unless your cousins want it to be known. If they decide to come out and admit their feelings to everyone, then good I guess. But they know what they're doing and whether it's right or wrong and the possible consequences of their actions. So I wouldn't interfere if I was you.
