reader, anonymous, writes (7 May 2012): Tell him, he should ask you to be his girlfriend again, because he will get a different answer. That tells him enough, yet leaves it for HIM to ask YOU. If he is truely keen on you, he should get over his ego (may take a few days) and take the chance again. You didn't say no and go with another guy. Leave it with him. If he doesn't take the opportunity, it is his choice.... now not yours.

reader, anonymous, writes (6 May 2012): I think he was hurt when u said no so he just figured u were looking for better and now u regret it and maybe he wants to make u feel the same way he did go talk to him one more time and you tell him look you asked me out and I didn't want to loose u as a friends and now I fel I already lost you so either be my friends again or b my man lol inless he's like the kind of guy that is serious and not funny then don't do that if u don't feel comforable saying that maybe just ignore him and wen he stares stare back until he decides 2 ask u out again always smile maybe half smile like I'm sad sorry smile at first! Just so he thinks u feel the same way wen he was rejected by u men are so weird sometimes but best of luck hope I was helpful to u and everything works out!
