Luckily for you there are thousands, maybe even millions of people that have done something similar at some point in time. And a few of those people probably look very much like you! So do as suggested here and dispose of the webcam so you cant be tempted again. And stop worrying about it. The chances of it being shown online are slim. Even if it is, people you know may never see it. Even if they do, theres no real proof its you. So treat is as a lesson learned and forget about it.

What are you?
A horny 13 year old?
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, say, put in writing, or record on audio, video or film, anything that you would not want the entire world to see or hear!
And for God sakes, throw that web-cam into the garbage!
Almost everything on the net is considered "Public Domain".
After all, you freely gave this "content" to her. It's now hers to do with as she pleases!
If she does decide to post it on the "web", your SCREWED!
If it wasn't recorded, "WAKE THE FUCK UP", grow up,
and never, ever, do that again!
I wish you luck, but to tell you the truth buddy, I don't hold out much hope for ya.
Sorry.

I doubt the police would even entertain your enquiry as you, as a consenting adult, participated of your own free will in this "webcam session".
As you have rightly figured out, but way too late (!), you could very well have been filmed - you have no way of knowing for sure what anyone is doing with footage captured on the Internet. So, I'm afraid you will just have to live with the worry.
I don't really need to tell you to confine your "relations" to real girls in future, do I?
