hey what i think is that if you like him then go for it ask him i he wants to meet up. just dont go up to him and say "hey do you want to meet up?" lol you need to chat to him first unless you know him then it would be easier. if he says yes great BUT if your under 16 or over then you should tell your friends and/or parents where you are going and what time you should be home and meet him somewhere public where there are other people around and stay close to home. if you can get a friend to coem with you and a freind to go with him BUT please if you are going to ask him tell someone where you are going
