Why does he behave this way? I really like him:(?

There's this guy that I really like. He's constantly staring at me when I'm not looking and looks away and runs off as soon as I catch him looking.

Sometimes he's the sweetest thing ever and other times he acts like an idiot. He gets so hurt and jealous when I look at or talk to other guys.

This has been going on for so long. Should I just move on from him? He acts normal around everyone else but weird around me and when I see him with a girl he'd stop talking to her.

Whenever I wanna ask him out he acts like an idiot and I'd get mad and end up not asking him.

But he's such a shy guy outside work and I feel he puts on a front at work.

He's 25

oldbag agony auntHi

Is this your question too?

If he runs off when you catch him looking and gets jealous and hurt when you look or talk to other men, gets weird around just you, I would say he has some personality issues, especially as its been going on 'so long'.

So yes, it IS time to move on because he hasn't made a move and at 25,trust me, he should be able to ask a girl out and risk rejection.

SensitiveBloke agony auntIt sounds to me like he really likes you but his lack of confidence makes him say silly, embarrassing things.

If you do nothing, this will just continue so why not go ahead and ask him if he wants to go out for a drink with you? Once you meet up and get chatting, his confidence should grow and he'll feel less awkward around you. Then, hopefully, you'll be able to see the real him and then you can decide whether you want to take things further.
