 If he got shy when he found out you liked him he's probably nervous, spark up conversations with him a bit, ask him to hangout, if all goes well ask him out.

I like a guy who started talking to me but now he thinks that i would kill for beeing with him because i screamed his name (we're neightbours and share the wall) and he said, "whaaaaaaaat?!" and the next day i trimbred him and i don't know why. He got out of the house and i was standing on the corner and i waved him a hello. I was really ashamed. It was not good to be that impulsive. Then, the next week he was giving me his cellphone number. We started chating but i was too obvious and he knew i liked him a lot. So, he told me that i was a little girl (he's 20 and i'm 14) and i thought 'he was the one who gave me his cellphone number, it was not me, what is him? a babysitter?'. And i told him so, and he said 'well, if you have ovaries you've to go out of the house and say to me everything you want to say' And i didn't get out of my house because it was very late and my parents were at home. So, i opened my window and he was with his friend and his dog. And i screamed his name and he waved me a hello but then he just walked away. Then, we spoke on the messenger and i said 'hey, you just didn't talk' and he was the one who didn't have balls. So, here is my advice: Be careful, because men are like sponges which you put on the water and get biger and biger. So you've got to be pacient and don't act as i did, because you can win, but you can lose, too. If you know he likes you, go ahead, but always be a lady and don't let him trample you on. Everything that has to happen, happens. Kisses.
