 It seems you have a crush. Just remember that you are a bit too young to persue a serious relationship other than friendship with a guy of this age. Keep in mind that he is also your sister's bf so that is a definate HANDS OFF!! It will only affect the loving relationship you should have with your sister and put they guy in the middle of a possible mess. It sounds like he is being nice to you. Don't take it for anything other than that.
Focus on something else. Schoolwork is important at this age. Making friends of your own age can be very rewarding. Do something to take your mind off of him.
God bless you and help you to keep the bond with your sister close yet giving you the balance to know he is only your friend.
