Well, last weekend I was out with my friend when we met some really cute lads. Me and my friend are both 17. Turns out the boys are only 15.

Thing is, I got chatting to one of them and we have been txting and talking on msn and meeting up. I am starting to really like him and he likes me but I'm scared that hes too young for me and people will say horrible things. He's a geniune person, makes me feel good about myself and makes me smile, as well as being cheeky and funny. And he doesnt act 15 either!

I'm so stuck. What would you do ?

Go for it! If you really like each other. 2 years is nothing. Just remember one thing, don't sleep with him until your absolutely sure (and he's 16). Sorry to sound so practical, but it's worth the wait because once he's legally allowed to have sex and you take proper precautions there is less likely to be major repercussions.

Good luck!

Bev Conolly agony auntIf you click together, and you like him, then to hell with others' opinions. Two years isn't much difference, and it sounds like he's a nice lad, who makes you happy.

Isn't that the most important thing?

Hey, my friend is in the exact same situation as you and i told her to go for it. So she did and guess what, no one thought nothing of it. If you really like him you wouldn't care what other people think and say so i say go for it! You guys cleary like each other and love each others company so why not! All the best! Take care!
